摘要
目的通过糖尿病及其并发症的生理指标的临床检验,为临床提供对预防控制和治疗糖尿病并发症的依据。方法收集本医院近两年来糖尿病人107例及正常人35例的空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、尿微量白蛋白(mALB)、胰岛素(Insulin)、D-二聚体(D-Dimer)指标检测值,按照合并并发症情况进行分组(糖尿病无并发症组、糖尿病肾病组、糖尿病心脏病组、正常组),并进行组间分析比较。结果糖尿病患者的FBG、HbAlc、尿mALB和D-Dimer都有不同程度的升高,Insulin则出现了降低,但糖尿病合并并发症患者,这些指标变化更加显著。结论有必要对糖尿病患者定期检测以上这几个项目并进行综合评估和疗效监测,才能有效预防控制并治疗糖尿病及并发症。
Objective To analyze the clinical examination indicators and complications of diabetes,and provide ways to control and prevent the complications of diabetes.Methods Selected 107 cases of patients with diabetes and 35 normal people in our hospital in recent two years for study object.Divided them into diabetic group,diabetic nephropathy group,diabetic heart disease group,normal group,compared the difference of Fasting blood glucose（FBG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbAlc）,urinary albumin（mALB）,insulin（Insulin）,two D-dimer（D-Dimer） index between groups.Results The FBG,HbAlc,urinary mALB and D-Dimer increased in different degrees in diabetic patients,but Insulin was decreased.And patients with complications suffered a more significant change.Conclusions It is necessary to regularly detect those indicators to monitoring and evaluate the situation of diabetic patients and effectively control and prevent diabetes and its complications.
