摘要
目的掌握郴州市居民食用碘盐情况,及时发现问题并采取相应干预措施,为持续消除碘缺乏病提供科学依据。方法按照《湖南省碘缺乏病监测方案(试行)》要求随机抽取监测县、乡、村居民;采用GB/T 13025.7-1999中直接滴定法测定盐碘含量;用SPSS 17.0和Excel 2003进行数据统计分析。结果 2012年郴州市共检测碘盐样3 300份,有效监测率为100%,居民碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率、非碘盐率、碘盐中位数、碘盐平均数和变异系数分别为99.8%、97.9%、97.7%、0.2%、30.3 mg/kg、30.3 mg/kg和17.7%,11个县(市、区)碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),碘含量中位数和平均数间差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论郴州市居民碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率及合格碘盐食用率逐年提高,在2010年实现了消除碘缺乏病目标后,仍须加强监测以巩固碘缺乏病防治成果。
Objective To understand the condition of the consumption of iodized salt in Chenzhou,to timely find its problems and to take intervening measures,provide scientific basis for the elimination of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD).Methods According to the "Hunan iodized salt monitoring pilot scheme",the monitoring counties,towns,villages,residents were randomly selected;the content of iodine in salt samples was detected by the method of direct titration with national standard of GB/T 13025.7-1999;the data was analyzed by SPSS 17.0 and Excel 2003.Results 3 300 salt samples were detected in 2012.The rate of effective monitoring,coverage,qualification,qualified iodized salt consumption and non-iodized salt was 100%,99.8%,97.9%,97.7% and 0.2%,respectively.The median and average of iodized content were both 30.3 mg/kg.The coefficient of variation was 17.7%.Compared with the rate of coverage,qualification,qualified iodized salt consumption,there were variations among 11 counties(P0.05).Compared with the median and average iodized content,there was no variation among 11 counties(P0.05).Conclusion The rate of coverage,qualification,qualified iodized salt consumption rose year by year.After realizing the goal of eliminating IDD in 2010,surveillance should be still strengthened to consolidate IDD control results in the future.
