摘要
应用价格低廉、利用率低的统灰和钢渣微粉作为配制混凝土的原材料,通过调整胶凝材料中水泥和各辅助胶凝材料的比例,使胶凝材料体系达到紧密堆积,提升了混凝土的强度。通过逐步优化,最终可以仅使用120 kg P.I 52.5水泥(占胶凝材料总量的30%)配制出工作性能和力学性能均达到要求的C40混凝土,实现了制备高掺量工业废渣混凝土的目的。
In this article, mixed-ash and steel slag fine powder of low cost and low utilization rate were used as raw materials of concrete. Adjusting the proportion of cement and various auxiliary cementing materials, the cementing materials system came into close packing, and improved concrete strength. After stepwise optimization, the concrete prepared with mere 120kg P.I52.5 cement (30% of total binding materials) reached to C40 concrete in workability and mechanical properties.
