摘要
在对传统的人事管理系统开发模式进行分析的基础上,通过对Spring、Struts和Hibernate框架的研究,整合出基于Java EE的高效开发模型。以该模型为基础,结合人事管理的实际需求,设计开发了人事管理软件系统。经过与传统开发模式进行比较,充分验证了该模型在软件开发中的有效性。
Based on the analysis of development methods for personnel management system, an effective development model based on Java EE is presented through investigating the frameworks of Spring, Struts with Hibernate. Based on this model and combining the actual needs, a personnel management system is designed and developed. After comparing with the traditional development mode, the effectiveness of the model in the software development is validated.
