摘要
构建高效的电子政务系统,离不开网络基础平台的支持。文章从应用角度,对实现电子政务系统的政府部门内部办公自动化(OA)系统的内网架构、部门之间协同办公系统的专网架构和政府电子化公共服务的外网架构进行了研究,分析了三网的关系并探讨了基于网络平台的各种应用的常用实现技术;论述了电子政务建设的整合目标。
A high-efficient E-government system requires support of network platform. The applications of E-government system contain OA, cooperative office and electronic public service, which are respectively based on intranet, extranet and portal of Intemet. The relationship among three kinds of networks and their realization techniques are discussed in this paper. At last the integration goal of E-government system is presented.
