摘要
在设计服务系统的过程中,服务设计人员将粗粒度的服务模型向细粒度服务模型进行转换时,经常会面临存在多种可选服务模型分解方案的情况。为了帮助服务设计人员能够快速、准确的选择出高质量的服务模型分解方案,提出了针对多可选服务模型分解方案的价值知觉的迭代式服务建模方法。该方法同时考虑了功能和价值角度,服务建模过程在上下层服务模型之间迭代地执行价值声明、价值度量、价值分析与优化等价值知觉活动,将服务价值的实现程度作为整个阶段的决策依据,从而保证了选择出的服务模型分解方案能够最充分地支持其对应的服务价值的实现。最后,通过与常见的服务建模方法进行比较验证了该方法的性能。
In the design process of service systems, while service designers transform the coarse - grained service model in- to fine - grained one, it needs to select the best one from multiple optional decomposition solutions of service model. In order to help service designers find the most high - quality decomposition solution quickly and accurately, this paper presents a value -aware iterative service modeling method. This method combines service functional perspective and service value perspective together, and in this method various value -aware activities (e. g. value proposition, value annotation, value analysis and value optimization, etc) are executed iteratively between different layers, simultaneously, the implementation degree of service value is taken as decision basis, so as to make the selected solutions can support the implementation of the conesponding service values to a great extent. At last, the performance of this method is explored.
