鲑鱼降钙素联合背根神经节阻滞对椎体成形术后疼痛的疗效

摘要 目的探讨鲑鱼降钙素联合背根神经节阻滞对椎体成形术后疼痛的疗效。方法我院2009-01—2012-04收治55例椎体成形术后患者,随机分鲑鱼降钙素组(A组)、背根神经节阻滞组(B组)、鲑鱼降钙素联合背根神经节阻滞组(C组)和对照组(D组)。所有患者常规应用碳酸钙及骨化三醇。结果鲑鱼降钙素对椎体成形术后疼痛有抑制作用,在14d时差异有统计学意义。单纯背根神经节阻滞早期可明显缓解疼痛,7d后无明显镇痛作用。鲑鱼降钙素联合相应节段背根神经节阻滞治疗后1～14d与对照组相比均有明显差异。结论鲑鱼降钙素联合相应节段背根神经节阻滞可在早期并持续缓解椎体成形术后疼痛。
