摘要
目的探讨三联疗法联合丹参注射液治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法 94例胃溃疡患者分为对照组和治疗组各47例。对照组采用临床常规三联疗法治疗,治疗组采用常规三联疗法联合丹参注射液治疗。结果治疗组胃溃疡病情控制效果明显优于对照组,症状积分的改善情况明显好于对照组,用药不良反应和停药复发人数明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用三联疗法联合丹参注射液对胃溃疡进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective To study the clinical effect of the triple therapy combined with Danshen injection in the treatment of pa- tients with gastric ulcer. Methods Ninety-four patients with gastric ulcer were divided into control and treatment groups ,47 eases in each group. The control group was treated with the clinic routine triple therapy while the treatment group was treated with the clinic tri- ple therapy combined with Danshen injection. Results The disease control effect and the improvement in symptom score in the treat- ment group were better than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Moreover, the drug adverse reaction and the number of withdrawal re- currence in the treatment group were less than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The application of triple therapy combined with Danshen injection combined has a significant clinical effect on patients with gastric ulcer.
