摘要
目的探讨泪小管切开+泪道植管术治疗下泪小管阻塞的疗效及手术技巧。方法 2008年1月至2012年1月103例下泪小管阻塞的患者,其中泪道激光失败9眼纳入A组,其余按随机数字表法分为A、B组。A组52眼行下泪小管切开加泪道植管术,B组51眼行泪道激光成型术加泪道植管术,术后3月拔除泪道植管。结果 A组治愈51眼(98.07%),无效1眼(1.93%);B组治愈36眼(70.58%),无效15眼(29.42%),两组治愈率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.23,P<0.005)。结论泪小管切开+泪道植管术是治疗下泪小管阻塞有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of lacrimal duct incision and lacrimal passage planting in treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods One hundred three patients with lacrimal duct obstruction from January 2008 to January 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Of these,9 eyes with lacrimal duct laser failure were designed to A group,and the rest were randomly divided into group A and B. In the group A,52 eyes were treated with lacrimal duct incision and lacrimal canal operation while in the group,51 eyes were treated with lacrimal laser angioplasty and lacrimal canal operation. The lacrimal canals were removed after 3months of opera- tion. Results In the group A, 98. 07% of eyes （51/52） were cured, and only one eye was invalid （1.93%）. In the group B, 70. 58% of eyes （26/51） were cured, and 15 eyes were invalid （29.42%）. The difference between the two groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 005）. Conclusions Lacrimal duct incision and lacrimal canal operation is an effective treatment of inferior lacrimal duct obstruction.
