摘要 目的了解攀枝花市及周边地区儿童肺炎支原体(mycoplasma pneumonia,MP)感染年龄、性别、季节及疾病种类的分布情况。方法选取2011年11月至2012年10月在攀枝花市中心医院儿科住院治疗的急性呼吸道感染患儿2397例,入院当天采集静脉血检测MP-IgM,对检测结果进行分析。结果 2397例急性呼吸道感染患儿,MP-IgM检测阳性688例,总阳性率28.70%,女性高于男性;其中0~6月22例(4.50%),~1岁85例(18.44%),~3岁264例(36.67%),~6岁203例(43.19%),~14岁114例(45.24%)。夏季MP-IgM阳性率(31.32%)高于秋冬季节(26.63%)。上呼吸道感染患儿MP-IgM阳性率(36.18%)高于下呼吸道感染患儿(25.06%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论攀枝花地区儿童MP感染四季均存在,但以夏季高发,女性高于男性,婴儿感染率较低,学龄前及学龄期儿童感染率较高,随年龄增大,MP感染率增加,MP感染导致的上呼吸道感染比例高于下呼吸道感染。 Objective To investigate the age,gender,season and types of diseases of mycoplasma pneumonia(MP) infection in children of Panzhihua city and surrounding areas. Methods 2397 children with acute respiratory tract infection during the period from November 2011 to October 2012 at the Department of Pediatrics in the Panzhihua City Central Hospital were involved in the study. MP-IgM was examined on the first day in hospital. Results Of all the children with acute respiratory infection,688 were found to be MP- IgM test positive. The total positive rate was 28.70%. The MP-IgM test positive rate in girls was higher than boys. According to the age distribution,O ~ 6 months 22 cases(4. 50% ) ,6 months - 1 years old 85 cases( 18.44% ), -3 years old 264 cases(36. 67% ), ~ 6 years old 203 cases(43. 19% ) ,and - 14 years old ll4 cases(45.24% ). According to season distribution,summer positive rate (31.32%) was higher than autumn and winter(26. 63% ). According to the distribution of disease, the MP-IgM positive rate in the up- per respiratory tract infection was 36. 18% that was higher than that in the lower respiratory tract infection(25.06% ). All differences were statistically significant(P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions In the Panzhihua region, there are children with MP infection in the all four seasons,but higher in summer. The infection rate in girls is higher than that in boys. Moreover,infant infection rate is lower than pre-school and school-age children. The MP infection rate is increased with age. Finally, MP caused the upper respiratory tract infection is higher than the lower respiratory tract infection.
