摘要
SAP标准的传输管理系统,仅提供了基本的操作功能,缺乏自动化、灵活性,无法满足日常运维的需要。为了简化操作步骤,控制操作流程,便于查看操作日志,山东电力集团公司决定采用SAP NetWeaver平台的工作流技术,通过调用SAP系统标准或自定义的业务应用编程接口和功能函数,把SAP变更请求传输的整个生命周期移植到SAP工作流上。项目完成后,SAP的变更请求传输在工作流中就变得操作更简便,过程更严谨,结果更透明,提高了关键用户、顾问和系统管理员的工作效率,降低了企业的运营成本。
The standard transmission management system of SAP only provides basic operation functions and has the disadvantages of automation and flexibility, thus it can not meet the needs of operation and maintenance. In order to simplify operation steps, to control operation process and easily view operation logs, the workflow technology in the SAP NetWeaver platform is applied to Shandong electric power group. By calling standard BAPI interfaces and self-defining functions, the whole life-cycle of change request transmission based on the SAP is implemented using the SAP workflow. Practical application results show that the change operation is easier, the change process is more rigorous, the change result is more transparent, and the workflow can not only improve work efficiency of core users, customers and system administrators, but also reduce the enterprise operation cost.
