摘要
集抄系统正在逐步实现从载波通信向微功率无线通信的过渡,但2种通信方式各有利弊。文章介绍了一种用于集中抄表的双模通信系统的硬件设计方案,该方案集中器本地模块以ATMEL9260为核心芯片,智能电表的通信模块采用MSP430F5172为控制芯片,相互交互的载波通信采用青岛东软公司的载波芯片,微功率无线通信采用TI公司的无线射频收发芯片CC1100。双模通信方式自动尝试切换,实验及现场应用证明,双模通信系统较好地解决了当前集抄成功率低的问题。
The centralized meter reading system is gradually shifting from the carrier communication to the micropower wireless communication, but each of them has advantages and disadvantages. This paper introduces a hardware design solution for the centralized meter reading system using the above two communication modes. In the solution, the local module of the concentrator uses ATMEL9260 as a core chip, the communication module of intelligent electric meter uses MSP430F5172 as a control chip, and the carrier communication module and the wireless communication module responsible interaction of the above two modules uses carrier chip of Qingdao Eastsoft company and TI company's wireless radio frequency transceiver chip CC 1100 respectively. Further, in dual mode communication system, the communication mode can automatically switch. Testing and practical application show that the dual mode communication system can better solve the issue of low success rate for the meter reading system.
