摘要
随着稻麦产量的提高全喂入联合收割机的脱粒滚筒负荷不断增大,提高割茬收割带来的土地整理问题日渐突现。听过相关参数的选用和计算设计了二次切割装置并对样机进行了田间试验和测定分析,结果表明:作物经二次切割实现"分向输送"后,脱粒功耗下降了5.4 kW,占原脱粒功耗的36.73%;割茬缩短了约50%,达到了农艺要求。二次切割技术的应用提高了全喂入联合收割机整机技术水平。
