摘要
为了提高民办高校自主招生的工作效率,解决招生信息汇总速度慢,准确度低,报名、录取、交费、学籍管理数据无法共享等问题,提出了构建B/S招生管理信息系统。通过对传统自主报名流程进行优化,采用面向对象的方法,运用网络通讯和数据库等技术开发出四个子系统。应用表明,系统为考生提供了公正、便捷、高效的招录服务,实现了招生、教学、财务等部门的数据共享,有效地降低了成本。
In order to improve the independent recruitment efficiency of private colleges and uni- versities, B/S enrollment management information system was proposed to solve such problems as slow-speed information collection, low accuracy, and poor data sharing of application, enrollment, payment and register management, etc. Four subsystems were developed by optimizing the traditional independent application with object-oriented method, applying the technology of network communica tion and data base. The application shows that the system supplies the examinees with impartial, con- venient and high-efficiency recruitment and admission services, and accomplishes the data sharing of the divisions of recruitment, teachin~ and financing, so that it could low the cost effectively.
