摘要
神农架主峰中元古代神农架群顶部矿石山组白云岩之上、南华纪莲沱组砾岩之下,发育一套以陆源碎屑岩为主的沉积地层,命名为凉风垭组,厚度711.4 m,产丰富的微古植物化石,时代为新元古代青白口纪。其岩石组合、沉积结构构造特征反映由下向上构成滨岸相—泻湖相—陆棚相的沉积盆地地层构架,具被动大陆边缘盆地沉积特征,是中元古代神农架群褶皱基底之上的沉积盖层。
Above the dolomite of Kuangshishan Formation, top of Shennongjia Group on the peak of Shennongjia Mountains, below the conglomerate of Liantuo Formation of Nanhua period, there is a suit of mainly terrigenous clastic sedimentary formation,named Liangfengya Formation,71l. 4 m thick. And abundant micro ancient fossil plants,which is belong to Neoproterozoic Qingbaikou Period have been discovered. Its rock association, sedimentary structure characteris- tics reflects stratigraphic framework of littoral facies-lagoon facies-continental shelf facies sedimentary basin from bottom to top, with a passive continental margin basin sedimentary characteristics. Liangfengya Formation is a sedimentary cover above the folded basement of Mesoproterozoic Shennongjia Group.
