摘要
叙述了应用Axios型X射线荧光光谱仪测定生铁中Si、Mn、P、S、As的方法,讨论了试样白口化、试样深度、磨样方式对分析结果的影响,采用经验系数法对强度进行基体校正,计算机回归。此法测定结果与ICP光谱法测定结果相符。
The method to determine Si,Mn,P,S and As contents in pig iron by using Axios-type Xray spectrofluorimeter was introduced;the influence of ＂bleaching＂ sample,sample depth and grinding way to the analysis results was discussed,the matrix correction and computer regression were carried out for strength by adopting empirical coefficient method.Determination results by using this method are consistent with the results by ICP spectrometry.
