摘要
从柳钢1450mm热连轧工艺、设备、坯料分析造成热轧带钢浪形的原因,介绍实施的坯料楔形控制、坯料加热温度、辊缝调整、入口导卫优化等措施,使热轧带钢浪形质量异议减少11.16%。
The causes of shape wave of hot-rolled strip were analyzed in respects of 1 450 mm continuous hot rolling process,equipments and slab;the countermeasures to adopt wedge control for slab,heating temperature,roller gap adjustment and inlet guide optimization were introduced to reduce the quality objection caused by shape wave for 11.16%.
