摘要
文章旨在检测暴露于不同浓度阿特拉津、毒死蜱及其混合物后,鲤鱼鳃细胞色素P450酶系水平。使用不同浓度阿特拉津(4.28、42.8和428μg·L-1)和毒死蜱(1.16、11.6和116μg·L-1)分别进行独立和联合染毒(1.13、11.3和113μg·L-1)普通鲤鱼试验。在暴露试验过程中,鳃组织细胞色素P450酶系在所有处理组均比相应对照组含量或活性要高;80 d恢复处理后,各恢复处理组细胞色素b5含量仍明显高于对照组;细胞色素C还原酶活性、苯胺-4-羟化酶活性升高不明显。结果有助于理解阿特拉津、毒死蜱及二者混合物亚慢性暴露时对鲤鱼鳃CYPs水平影响及其潜在性损伤。
The objective was to examine the CYPs levels of common carp gills following the exposure to atrazine, chlorpyrifos, or mixture at different concentrations and exposure time. In the present study, common carps were treated with atrazine (4.28,42.8 and 428 μg-L-1), chlorpyrifos (1.16,11.6 and 116 μg. L-1), and their mixture (1.13 , 11.3 and 113 μg. L-1) at different concentrations. Our results indicated that the cytochrome b5 (Cytb5) content, the activities of aniline 4-hydroxylase (AH) and NADPH-cytochrome C reducatase (CR) of gills in all instances of the treatment was higher than that observed in the corresponding control group during the progress of the experiment. After recovery, compared with that in the control group, the Cytb5 content were significantly increased in every treated groups. Meanwhile, there was no significant difference in aniline 4-hydroxylase (AH) and NADPH-cytochrome C reducatase (CR). These results enabled us to understand the effects of sub-chronic exposure to ATR, CPF or their mixture at different concentrations on CYPs levels and its potential damage of the common carp.
