复方青天葵组方筛选及对猪呼吸道疾病治疗效果 被引量:3

Screening of compound Nervilia fordii and treatment effects to porcine respiratory disease

摘要 文章旨在筛选复方青天葵(青天葵-A、鱼腥草-B、黄芪-C)最优组方及对猪呼吸道疾病治疗效果。采用内毒素腹腔注射法建立小鼠呼吸窘迫综合症模型;利用正交试验方法,以肺组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)为指标筛选最优组方;向断奶仔猪日粮中添加最优组方比例高、中、低剂量复方青天葵,以氟苯尼考为对照组针对自然感染呼吸道疾病猪进行治疗。结果表明,正交组中SOD、MDA与模型组相比差异显著(P<0.05),青天葵最优解为A1、鱼腥草最优解为B3、黄芪最优解为C2;与对照组相比,复方青天葵高、中、低剂量组分别有较高治愈率和有效率。因此,复方青天葵最优组方为:青天葵0.5 g.kg-1,鱼腥草0.1 g.kg-1,黄芪0.05 g.kg-1,最优处方比例复方青天葵针对呼吸道疾病猪有较好治疗效果。 The purpose of this study was to screening the optimal compound nervilia fordii (Nervilia fordii-A, Herba Houttuyniae-B, Astragalus membranaceus-C) and explore the treatment effects to the pig respiratory disease. The rat models of ALl were induced by intraperitoneal injection of endotoxin. The index of MDA and SOD of pulmonary tissue homogenate were examined to screening the optimal compound Nervi/ia fordii. The compound nervilia fordii was divided into high, medium and low dosage added into daily ration of weaning pigs that suffered from pig respiratory disease, and the control groups were added florfenicol. Meanwhile, the treatment effects were observed. The results showed that the MDA and SOD in pulmonary tissue homogenate were significant differences compared with the control group(P〈0.05), and higher cure rate and effective rate in test group pigs. In conclusion, the optimal compound Nervilia fordii prescription: Fordii 0.5 g-kg-1, herba houttuyniae 0.1 g. kg-1, astragalus membranaceus 0.05 g. kg-1 that could well cure the pig respiratory disease.
