摘要
随着社会和经济的发展,为保障土地资源的持续利用,实现人口—资源—环境协调发展,土地承载能力的研究一直是土地科学研究中的一个重要领域。本文从环境协调性、社会可接受性、经济可行性三方面建立土地承载力评价指标体系,运用极值法、均方差决策法计算指标权重,最后运用多目标综合评价模型得出哈尔滨所辖10县(市)2010年土地综合承载力评价结果。土地承载力综合指数表明,高承载能力区包括其中通河县、依兰县、五常市;中等承载力区包括依兰县、延寿县、宾县;低承载力区包括方正县、双城市、巴彦县、尚志市。障碍因素分析结果可以看出,环境承载是高承载力区(通河县、延寿县、木兰县、双城市)的主要障碍因素;社会承载力是中等承载力区(五常市、依兰县、宾县)的主要障碍因素;经济承载力是低承载力区(巴彦县、方正县、尚志县)的主要障碍因素。
With the development of society and economy, in order to continue to utilize the land resource, realize the coordinated development of population-resources-environment, research on the carrying capacity of the land has been an important field of land science research. This article from the environment, society can accept three aspects, economic feasibility to establish the land carrying capacity evaluation index system, calculating the index weight by using the extremum method, mean squared deviation method, finally using multi-objective comprehensive evaluation model of Harbin reached 10 counties （city） the 2010 land comprehensive evaluation results of bearing capacity. The results show that, the high bearing capacity including the Tonghe County, Yilan County, Wuchang City; the medium capacity area including Yilan County, Yanshou County, bin; low capacity region including the fangzheng County, Shuangcheng City, Bayan County, Shangzhi city. Results the obstacle factor analysis can be seen, environment carrying capacity is high capacity region （Tonghe County, Yanshou County, Mulan County, Shuangcheng City, the major obstacle factors）; social carrying capacity is medium capacity region （Wuchang City, Yilan County, the main obstacle of Binxian） factors; economic capacity is low bearing capacity （Bayan district county, fangzheng County, Shangzhi county） the major obstacle factors.
