摘要
文章针对窄行密植平作栽培模式农艺技术特点,结合我国北方大豆主产区自然条件与生产实际,研制适合该农艺要求的大型气吸式窄行密植平作高速精密播种机。该播种机设计播种施肥一体化结构形式单元组,攻克单元组机构整体仿形与防堵、高速精密播种、精量分层侧深施肥等关键技术。通过田间性能试验,各部件研制和整机机构设计合理,各项指标达到《中耕作物精密播种机产品质量分等》标准中一等品要求,施肥位置满足农艺要求。促进大豆窄行密植平作高产栽培技术规范化应用,为我国大豆产业的发展提供装备技术支撑。
According to the characteristics of agronomic technique for the model of narrow-row, close and fiat planting, combining with natural conditions and the actual production for main soybean producing areas at the northern in China, the precise seeder of large air-suction which is suitable to narrow-row, close and fiat planting at the high-speed was developed. This seeder had the characteristic of integrated structure using for sowing and fertilization, and was to overcome profiling mechanism of unit group, prevent to jam, accelerate the speed of precise planting and improve the precision fertilization technology of layer and flank. According to the test of field performance, The design for the components and whole structure is reasonable, which met the requirement on one class product according to the standard of "Quality Classification of Precision Seeder for inter-cultivation Crop", the fertilizing location the satisfies the agriculture requirement. which promotes the standardized application of cultivation technique of narrow-row, close and fiat planting for high-yield soybean, and provides the equipment and technology support for the development of China's soybean industry.
