摘要
文章针对黑龙江地区四种常见玉米品种秸秆的弹性模量进行研究。采用数字图像处理技术对秸秆不同生长部位进行面积测定,通过标准块进行检验计算,该方法精度可达到2%,单点像素代表面积达6.41E-8 m2;并通过万能试验机对秸秆进行平行纤维生长方向的压缩试验,经数据分析得出玉米秸秆的弹性模量自根部向上、经过果实区后明显变小,变化梯度最大可达0.136 MPa.mm-1。
The research chooses four main corn plants in Heilongjiang province, different part area were tested by digital image processing, take use of standard bulk to check the practical applicability, the precision of this method is about 2%, each pixel represents the area 6.41E-8 m2; Straw axial compression experiment was accomplished through the universal test machine. The analysis of data indicates elastic modulus decreased significantly after corn fruit area from bottom to top, the max decrease gradient reaches 0.136 MPa- mm1.
