摘要
从经济效益、技术效益、创新基础和创新投入四个方面,建立了企业技术创新绩效评价指标体系,并利用改进的熵模型对2005—2011年武汉市企业技术创新绩效进行了评价。结果显示:该期间武汉市企业的技术创新绩效较好,于2007年达到该期间的峰值,在2008—2010年均稍有下滑。最后,针对评价结果给出相关的政策建议。
This paper constructs the evaluation index system of enterprise’s technology innovation performance from the aspects of economic benefit,technological benefit,innovation foundation and innovation investment.Then it evaluates the technology innovation performance of enterprises in Wuhan from 2005to 2011by using the improved entropy model.The result shows that the technology innovation performance of enterprises in Wuhan was very good,and reached to the best in 2007,and fell slightly during 2008-2010.Finally,it gives the relevant policy recommendations.
