摘要
依据运动仿真之目的不同,以内啮合齿轮副为例,介绍了基于UG软件平台的参数化模型仿真、高质量图画仿真和MOTION运动仿真3种仿真形式.分析认为,参数化模型仿真形式主要适用于验证齿廓造型和装配模型的精确性,高质量图画仿真形式仅限于只获取基于时间的动画效果,而MOTION运动仿真形式则是一种更为高级的运动仿真形式,能够为仿真提供大量的数据和图表结果,3种仿真形式均具有工程上的实用价值.
According to different purposes of motion simulations, taking the internal gear pairs as an exam- ple, this paper introduces in detail three types of motion simulations under UG software:parametric model simulation, high-quality picture simulation and UG/MOTION motion simulation. The parametric model sim- ulation is mainly suitable to verify the shape of the tooth profile and accuracy of the assembly model; the high-quality picture simulation is hmited only to obtain the time-based animation; but the UG/MOTION mo- tion simulation is more advanced type of motion simulation to provide lots of data and chart results for simu- lation. The results demonstrate that the three types of motion simulations have different practical value in engineering.
