摘要
为建立抗敏胶囊生产工艺路线,应用现代先进制药技术手段,针对不同药材特性及其在处方中的作用,科学地制定了定量考察评价指标,通过试验确定制剂过程中合理的工艺参数条件,确定了抗敏胶囊生产工艺中关键工艺参数条件,并经中试生产验证,得到质量合格产品.试验结果表明,制定的抗敏胶囊生产工艺路线科学合理、稳定可行,适宜现代工业化生产.
To establish the technological process for industrial production of anti-allergy capsules, aiming at the different medicinal properties and roles in the prescription,we use the modem advanced pharmaceutical techniques to scientifically formulate quantitative inspection evaluation indicators, and determine reasonable process parameters in the preparation process. The critical process parameters of allergy capsule production process are identified and the qualified products are obtained by pilot production verification. We conclude that the process is scientific and rational, stable and feasible to be suitable for modem industrial produc- tion.
