摆盘发动机动力吸振器的设计

摘要 为降低摆盘转动时对基座的激振力,从吸振理论出发,抽象出摆盘发动机、动力吸振器的动力学模型,建立了2自由度摆盘发动机吸振系统的动力学方程,给出了摆盘发动机振幅的表达式,并研究了吸振器刚度、阻尼、质量对发动机振幅的影响规律。研究表明:吸振器的质量越小,整个吸振系统的两个共振频率就分得越开;吸振器的质量与弹簧刚度对吸振系统特性的影响相反;在动力吸振器中引入一定的阻尼可以拓宽其吸振频带。 The rotation of wobble-plate engine is the main excitation source of inducing the enginers structure and assistant devices' vibration. In order to reduce the impact of the wobble-plate enginers rotation on the base, a dynamical model of wobble-plate engine and vibration absorber is established according to the vibration absorption theory. Two degree-of-freedom equations of the enginers dyna- mic vibration absorber system are set up to obtain the expression of amplitude of the wobble engine. Then, an investigation is made into the effects of vibration absorberts mass, stiffness and damping on the amplitude. The results show that the effects of mass and stiffness on the characteristics of vibra- tion absorber are opposite and that the damping can be used to increase the vibration absorberrs band- width.
