摘要
医院膳食是为住院病人提供营养和治疗的一种特殊膳食,膳食质量的优劣直接影响着病人的治疗效果。随着医院信息系统的不断推广和应用,与住院病人有着密切关系的营养膳食的管理,密切配合临床工作,满足病人需求,实行科学的经济管理,正发挥着越来越重要的作用。
Hospital meal service is a special dietary which provides not only nutrition to the inpatients but also a means of treatment The dietary quality affects directly the patient's treatment. With the continuous promotion and application of HIS (Hospital Information System), the management of the catering system, which has a close relationship with the inpatients, plays a more and more important role in coordinating clinical work,, meeting the patient's need, and implementation of scientific economic management. It is also the objective requirements of the sustainable development of hospitals to apply the catering system.
