摘要
目的总结非计划再次手术的经验教训,做好医院非计划再次手术管理。方法对23例非计划再次手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果再次手术发生的例数以肿瘤外科居多,占全部再次手术的48%。再次手术的原因主要是手术后出血和病理原因。结论应从规范外科医生诊疗水平、提高快速病理诊断准确率、强化科室再次手术的讨论及医务部门的监管等4个方面降低医院非计划再次手术的发生。
Objective： To Sum up the experience and lessons of unplanned reoperation so as to improve the hospital＇s management of unplanned reoperation. Methods ： 23 cases of unplanned reoperations in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The majority of the reopcrations occurred in surgical tumor cases, accounting for 48%. The reason for the second operation is mainly due to bleeding after operation and pathological findings. Conclusion： The surgeons＇ diagnosis and treatment ability should be improved and the accuracy of rapid pathological diagnosis upgraded, and the discussion of reoperations within the department and the supervision of the medical service department strengthened. And by the above 4 means, the occurrence of unplanned reoperations could be reduced.
