存储式电磁流量计模拟井实验及理论计算分析

摘要 通过模拟井实验研究了存储式电磁流量计在清水及聚合物溶液中的仪器响应规律。结果表明仪器在清水中标定的仪器常数高于在聚合物溶液中标定的仪器常数;在聚合物溶液中标定的仪器常数随聚合物溶液浓度变化无明显变化。从流场分布及磁场分布2个方面对仪器在水及聚合物溶液中的响应规律进行了理论计算研究。流速剖面及流动介质的相对磁导率共同影响了存储式电磁流量计的仪器响应。取得了理论计算结果与模拟井实验结果相一致的结论。 The responses of memory electromagnetic flowmeter in water and polymer compound are studied in multiphase flow simulation well. The experiment results show the meter constant in pure water is higher than that in polymer compound, and the meter constant has no obvious change with variation of polymer compound concentration. The theoretical calculations of the responses in water and in polymer compound are made in flow field distribution and magnetic field distribution. The analysis results show that both flow velocity and relative permeability of flow media affect the responses of the flowmeter. The results of theoretical calculation are consistent well with simulation experiment results.
