摘要
目的:研究棉团铁线莲镇痛抗炎作用的有效部位。方法:以有机溶剂法提取棉团铁线莲根及根茎不同化学部位,分别采用小鼠热板法、小鼠醋酸扭体法及二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法观察棉团铁线莲不同化学部位的镇痛抗炎效果。结果镇痛实验结果表明,芳香水、总多糖及总黄酮能显著提高小鼠痛域值;芳香水、总皂苷及总黄酮能显著减少小鼠的扭体次数且能明显延长小鼠出现扭体反应的时间;抗炎实验结果表明,总生物碱、芳香水和总黄酮能显著降低小鼠耳肿胀度,其高剂量组的抑制率分别高达84.40%、64.63%和54.12%。此外,各提取部位的镇痛抗炎效果均表现出明显的剂量依赖关系。结论:棉团铁线莲镇痛活性部位主要为芳香水、总黄酮及总皂苷,而抗炎活性部位主要为芳香水和总生物碱,镇痛抗炎作用可能是由多个部位联合作用的结果。
Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesia effect of different fractions of Clematis hexapetala.Methods: Use organic solvent to extract Clematis hexapetala and its different chemical fractions.Hot plate and acetic acid writhing test in mice were used to evaluate the pain releasing effect of Clematis hexapetala,and the anti-inflammatory effect was observed by ear swelling induced by xylene.Results: The aqua aromatic,total polysaccharide and total flavanone could obviously enhance mice's threshold of pain;the aqua aromatic,total saponin and total flavanone could obviously inhibit acetic acid-induced-wring reaction in mice.In addition,total saponin could obviously inhibit ear tumefaction,and their high dose group of inhibition rate was as high as 84.40%,64.63% and 54.12%,respectively.Conclusion: Clematis hexapetala's aqua aromatic,total flavanone and total saponin are the effective parts for analgesia and the total alkaloids and aqua aromaticand are the effective parts for anti-inflammation.The results indicate that the anti-inflammatory and analgesia effects of Clematis hexapetala may be exerted by plurality of many parts together.
