摘要
从中药陈皮中提取得到橙皮苷,以其为先导化合物,通过酸水解制备橙皮素,然后与肉桂酰氯反应得到7-肉桂酰橙皮素,该化合物与醋酸铜固相反应得到相应的铜配合物,根据元素分析、IR、1H-NMR、MS、热重分析等图谱对目标化合物的结构进行确证。对橙皮苷、橙皮素、7-肉桂酰橙皮素、7-肉桂酰橙皮素铜配合物进行了清除超氧自由基(O2-·)、羟自由基(·OH)、二苯代苦味肼基自由基(DPPH·)的对比研究,抗自由基试验结果表明,四个化合物均具有清除自由基活性,其中7-肉桂酰橙皮素铜配合物作用较强。
Hesperidin was extracted from citrus peels,then hesperetin had been prepared by acid-catalyed hydrolysis reaction of hesperidin as a lead compound.The 7-cinnamoyl hesperitin was synthesized by the esterification of hesperetin with cinnamoyl chloride,then its copper complex was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,1H-NMR,MS and TG-DTA.The scavenging effects of hesperidin,hesperitin,7-cinnamoyl hesperitin and its copper complex on the superoxide radical(O-2·),hydroxyl radical(·OH) and DPPH· radicals were also compared.The results showed that they all had scavenging effects on these radicals,in which the copper complex of 7-cinnamoyl hesperitin had a stronger effect than the others.
