摘要
本文从《金匮要略》对水湿痰饮病的总领性辨治原则入手,将《伤寒论》中针对分布于各经病变的水湿痰饮所创之方进行简要归纳,探析仲景辨治此类病证的思路,以印证外感病与杂病辨证论治的基本规律相合,理解辨病与辨证相互合参的意义,从而更为准确地应用经方。
This article tries to proceed from the guiding principles of treating the diseases caused by wet,phlegm and retained fluid referred to Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,and summarizes the prescriptions about it.Then explore the medication rule of treating these diseases in order to corroborate that the medication rules of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber are the same.Hope to provide a basis for using these prescriptions accurately.
