摘要
基于碱性条件下铂对鲁米诺-5-磺基水杨酸体系化学发光的增强作用,建立了流动注射化学发光法测定铂的新方法。考察了影响测定的相关实验条件和因素。在优化的实验条件下,方法测定铂的线性范围为0.002~0.4μg/mL,线性相关系数为0.999 6,方法检出限为0.9ng/mL。结合阴离子交换树脂分离预处理,方法应用于铂族元素地球化学成分分析标准物质GBW07291和GBW07293中铂的测定,结果与认定值吻合,相对标准偏差(n=7)为2.6%~3.5%。
A novel flow-injection(FI)chemiluminescence(CL)method was proposed for the determination of platinum based on the enhancing effect of platinum on chemiluminiscence signal of luminol-5sulfosalicylic acid system under alkaline condition.Various conditions affecting determination were investigated.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the linear determination range of platinum was 0.002-0.4μg/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.999 6.The detection limit was 0.9ng/mL.Combination of anion exchange resin separation pretreatment,the proposed method was applied to the determination of platinum group elements for geochemical analysis certified reference materials GBW07291and GBW07293.The results were in agreement with the certified values,and the relative standard deviations(n=7)were 2.6%-3.5%.
