摘要
本文建立了对火焰原子吸收光谱法测定矿石中银测量过程的系统分析,建立了数学模型,阐述了不确定度各分量的来源,确定了计算过程所需参数及计算方法,给出了最终合成不确定度与检测结果。
The mathematical model of the determination of silver in mineral by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was established in this article. The impact of a major source of uncertainty in measuring process was also identified. The component and method for calculating uncertainty were assessed, and we get the synthetic uncertainty and the determination result.
