软组织联合手术治疗儿童习惯性髌骨脱位的护理
摘要
总结了16例儿童软组织联合手术治疗习惯性髌骨脱位的护理体会,分别从心理护理、术前准备、生命体征观察、疼痛观察、病情观察、预防感染、功能锻炼等方面进行了阐述。认为正确的护理和有效的功能锻炼是提高患儿恢复膝关节功能的重要保证。
