摘要
目的探讨应用胰岛素使用访谈工具进行健康教育对糖尿病患者认识胰岛素的效果观察。方法由经过专业访谈参考手册培训的护士,以胰岛素使用访谈工具的主题图画为媒介,组织患者进行互动式小组讨论,每次约8～12人参与,耗时约30～45min。健康教育前后对胰岛素认识结果及患者反映进行分析及问卷调查,了解患者的接受情况。结果运用胰岛素使用访谈工具进行健康教育后,患者对胰岛素认知明显提高(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论胰岛素访谈工具的使用使糖尿病患者对胰岛素的认识得到了提高,对糖尿病患者应用胰岛素的自我管理起着很好的效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of health education on diabetes patients insulin awareness by using the interview tool. Method To hold nurse training by professional interviews Reference Manual, using the topic picture of interview as media, and hold interactive panel discussions for patients, each time about 8 to 12 people participated in lasting about 30 to 45 minutes. Do the ques- tionals and analysis of the results of insulin understanding and patients reflect and acceptance before and after health education. Re- sults After the use of insulin interview tool for health education, patients cognition of insulin significantly improved, as well as the use of insulin. Condusion Insulin interview tools can improve the awareness of insulin, and also plays a good effect on serf-man- agement of using insulin for diabetes patients.
