摘要
近些年,随着我国高等教育的加快发展,高等学校教学质量问题已引起社会广泛关注。尤其是专业性较强的院校,如公安专升本院校教学质量的提高已经时不我待。教学质量是高等教育的生命线,对课堂教学质量监控与评价体系的研究则是高等学校教学研究中的一项重要内容。而公安专升本院校作为高等教育的一个重要组成部分,其持续发展的关键因素则是课堂教学质量的提高。公安专升本院校由于受其自身管理体制特殊性或者专升本等客观条件的影响,学生往往专业纪律性强,服从严格的警务化管理,但学生也易处于被动的学习状态。同时,一些新增的专升本的公安院校往往也存在师资及基础设施薄弱等问题,导致教学质量不能持续的提升。而在影响公安专升本院校教学质量的众多因素中,课堂教学则至关重要,课堂教学是教学中的重要环节,课堂教学质量的提高直接影响到整个教学水平的提升。构建课堂教学质量监控与评价体系是公安专升本院校可持续发展的必要途径及手段。
