本院2010年至2012年大环内酯类抗生素的应用及不良反应分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨本院2010年到2012年大环内酯类抗生素的应用及不良反应发生情况。方法选取茂名石化医院2010年到2012年使用大环内酯类抗生素的病例用药频度(DDDs)情况,并对其不良反应进行统计分析。结果近3年来,阿奇霉素和克拉霉素的DDDs逐年上升,乙酰麦迪霉素、琥乙红霉素、罗红霉素的DDDs较平稳,而乙酰螺旋霉素、红霉素的DDDs逐年下降。使用大环内酯类抗生素病例中,产生不良反应的患者32例。结论医院大环内酯类抗生素应用基本合理,大环内酯类抗生素的临床应用在胃肠与肝肾功能不良的患者中应慎用,用药过程中高度警惕过敏反应。
