摘要
目的分析Nd:YAG激光泪道成形术联合泪管内注射典舒眼膏治疗泪道阻塞的临床疗效。方法 54例(76眼)慢性泪囊炎患者随机分成两组,一组应用Nd:YAG激光泪道成形术治疗,另一组Nd:YAG激光泪道成形术联合泪管内注射典舒眼膏治疗,对二组的治疗效果进行比较。结果应用Nd:YAG激光泪道成形术治疗组治疗23眼,有效15眼(56.52%),Nd:YAG激光泪道成形术联合泪管内注射典舒眼膏组53眼,有效41眼(81.13%)。Nd:YAG激光泪道成形术联合泪管内注射典舒眼膏组与单纯Nd:YAG激光泪道成形术组疗效相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 Nd:YAG激光泪道成形术联合泪管内注射典舒眼膏组相对于单纯Nd:YAG激光泪道成形术组治疗慢性泪囊炎,疗效更加稳定,手术成功率更高,是治疗慢性泪囊炎的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Nd：YAG lacrimal duct plasty by laser combined with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Ointment on chronic dacryocystitis.Methods 54 patients （76 eyes）with chronic dacryocystitis were randomly divided into two groups,Laser group（17 patients,23 eyes）was treated with Nd：YAG lacrimal duct plasty by laser. The treatment group （37 patients,53 eyes） was treated with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Ointment.Then the effect was observed and calculated with statistics method.Results The rate of effect of the laser group and treatment group were 56.52% and 81.13% respectively, showing significant statistical difference between the two groups（P 0.05）. Conclusion It is more effective to treat chronic daeryocystitis with Nd：YAG lacrimal duct plasty by laser combined with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Ointment,so It can be the effective treatment for chronic dacryocystitis.
