摘要
目的探讨中药制剂丹参结合三联疗法与四联疗法治疗活动期胃溃疡的比较。方法选取我院120例诊断为活动性胃溃疡患者,平均分为2组,每组60例患者,实验组行三联疗法+丹参注射液治疗,对照组行四联疗法治疗。观察治疗前后临床症状变化及治疗前后胃镜检查情况。结果两组活动性胃溃疡患者经过治疗后,临床症状得分均明显下降,治疗1周时2组患者临床症状改变无明显差异,治疗6周后患者临床症状实验组较对照组明显改善。胃镜检查提示实验组患者胃溃疡愈合率明显增高。结论中药制剂丹参结合三联疗法治疗活动期胃溃疡是一种有效的方法。
Objective To explore traditional Chinese medicine Salvia combined triple therapy for the treatment of active gastric ulcer. Methods There was two group, experimented group was treat with Salvia and triple therapy. The control group was just treat with the four therapy only. Results There was better treatment reslut on the experimented group. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Salvia combined triple therapy for the treatment of active gastric ulcer is effective.
