摘要
目的探讨关节镜下采用克氏针钢丝固定技术治疗胫骨髁间隆突骨折的疗效及影响疗效的因素。方法自2010年06月至2012年10月,对16例胫骨髁间隆突骨折患者进行关节镜下复位,使用克氏针钢丝固定,采用Lysholm评分标准进行评估;术后3周在支具保护下被动屈伸关节,早期功能锻炼。结果 16例患者获6～24个月随访(平均11个月),术后3月所有胫骨髁间隆突骨折均愈合,术后6月Lysholm膝关节功能评分为(93.8±3.8)分。结论关节镜下克氏针钢丝丝固定治疗胫骨髁间隆突骨折具有手术创伤小、操作方便、固定可靠、术后康复快,可有效重建膝关节的稳定,改善膝关节功能。
Objective To introduce the arthroscopic technique of Kirschner wire and Steel-wire internal fixation for tibial eminence fracture, andto study the curative effects and their influencing factors. Methods From June 2010 to October 2012,16 patients with tibial eminence fracture were treated with arthroscopy of Kirschner wire and Steel-wire internal fixation technique. The patients were followed up and evaluaed according to Lyscholm rating scale. The patients were asked to do passive extension and flexion of the knee with braces 3 weeks after operation.Aggressive rehabilitation were done early after operation. Results 16 patients were followed up range from 6 to 24 months（mean 11 months）.Fractures were united within three months after operation in all cases. The Lyscholm knee score were （93.8±3.8） in average 6 months postoperatively. Conclusion Arthroscopic treatment of tibial eminence fracture with Kirschner wire and Steel-wire internal fixation technique is reliable for the fixation and easy to operate.Because of the operations less invasion,the patients postoperative rehabilitation is rapid. Rehabilitation can promote the funetional recovery of the knee.
