摘要
目的探讨机械通气时呼吸机模式及参数的调整在危重症手足口病患儿中的应用。方法对38例危重症手足口病患儿给予常规治疗的同时,应用瑞士HAMILTON-C2呼吸机采用同步间歇指令通气+压力支持(SIMV+PSV)模式,无自主呼吸及严重肺出血时应用压力控制模式(PCV)选用适当的呼吸机参数进行机械通气。结果 38例危重症手足口病患儿,33例成功脱机治愈出院,5例放弃治疗自动出院,0例死亡。结论早期机械通气选用适当的呼吸机模式及参数治疗危重症手足口病安全有效。
Objective To discuss the application of the mechanical ventilation on critical hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods 38 children with critical HEMD without spontaneous breathing and pulmonary hemorrhage were treated by the Swiss HAMILTON-C2 breathing machine with intermittent mechanical ventilation of SIMV＋PSV at the PCV mode,at the same time.they were treated by mormal therapy.Results 33 of 38 children with critical HFMD were cured successfully,5 given up the treatment and checked out,no death.Conclusion the treatment of the mechanical ventilation was safely and effective at the early stage on HFMD treatment,and conducive to got through the critical condition.
