摘要
卫生服务需求是健康需求的派生需求,是卫生经济政策制订与卫生资源配置的出发点。本文介绍了卫生服务需求的相关概念、估计方法、影响因素,通过回顾国内学者关于卫生服务需求的实证分析,详细介绍了卫生服务需求与利用调查分析、弹性测算、预测方法和主要研究结果,以促进卫生服务需求研究的进一步发展。
Health service demand is derived from health demand,based on which health economic policies are developed and health resources allocated.This article describes the concepts,estimation methods,and influencing factors of health service demand. Through a retrospective study of empirical analysis on the demand of health services by domestic scholars,it also introduces the analysis of health serviee demand and utilization, measurement methods of elasticity,prediction methods and major findings,which is helpful to the further development of research on health service demand.
