摘要
随着替代医学和植物化学的发展,分布于各种中药中的酚类成分受到了国内外广泛关注,具有代表性的石榴果实及其果汁含有独特的酚类成分,同时具有显著的保健和药用价值。近年来,随着新的分离和分析技术的运用,石榴中大量的鞣质、黄酮、有机酸等酚类成分被发现,同时对其治疗癌症、心脑血管疾病、糖尿病等的机制研究也取得了突破性进展,已成为药品和功能性食品研究的热点。本文对有关石榴(果实、果汁)酚类成分的药理作用进行综述,为临床应用提供参考。
With the development of alternative medicine and phytochemistry, polyphenols widely distributed in a variety of Chi- nese herbs have gained widespread popularity among native and foreign researchers.The unique phenolic constituents from pomegranate fruit and juice are of representativity,whieh have obvious function of healthcare and medicinal value.In recent years, with the use of some new techniques of separation and analysis,a variety of phenolic constituents such as pomegranate tannins, flavonoids and organic acids are identified.Meanwhile,breakthrough has been made on their mechanism of treating chronic dis- eases such as cancer,cardiovascular disease and diabetes.Therefore,they have become the focus of research on pharmaceuticals and functional food.In this paper, polyphenols in pomegranates and their pharrnacologieal actions are reviewed,which provides a reference for further study.
