摘要
医院文化是医院的灵魂,是医院的精神、形象、群体意识的集中体现,医院文化包括制度文化、廉政文化、精神文化、服务文化等,只有不断加强医院的文化建设,才能更好地总结、凝练、弘扬医疗卫生职业精神,才能使医院走上快速、健康、协调发展的新平台。
The hospital culture is the soul of the hospital, which is the concentrated expression of the spirit, the image and the sense of community of the hospital. The hospital culture includes institutional culture ,the culture of integrity, spiritual culture and the culture of service. Strengthening the construction of hospital culture continually is needed to better summarization, conciseness and promotion of the health professional spirit, and for enable the hospital to embark on the rapid, healthy, and coordinated the development of the new platform.
