摘要
为推进乡镇卫生院的绩效管理,对"卫十一项目"县乡镇卫生院绩效管理的情况进行了专题调研,通过对项目县绩效管理政策文件的梳理,对部分乡镇卫生院负责人绩效管理认知情况的问卷调查以及县乡两级相关负责人的深入访谈,了解了乡镇卫生院绩效评价的内容、主体、频率、方法以及激励机制,最后提出了有关政策建议。
Township health centers （THCs） of counties implementing health XI project were surveyed to promote performance management. Policies on performance management were summarized. The questionnaire investigation of all THCs＇ principals on the conditions of performance management was performed. Directors of health bureau and some THCs were interviewed. The contents,subject,frequency,methods and motivational mechanism of performance evaluation were comprehended through the above methods. In the end, several policy recommendations were put forward.
