摘要
野生广东紫珠种子品质和发芽特性进行研究表明:野生和栽培广东紫珠种子的含水量、出种率、千粒重没有显著差异。野生广东紫珠种子的含水量、出种率、千粒重分别为12.64%、23.94%、1.65 g;栽培广东紫珠种子的含水量、出种率、千粒重分别为12.50%、24.88%、1.77 g。广东紫珠种子实验室控温发芽率为92.60%,大田播种野生和栽培种子发芽率分别为2%和2.18%。大田播种试验反应野生和栽培种子的发芽率没有显著差异。温度是广东紫珠发芽的关键因素。
The seed quality and its germination characteristics between wild and Cultural Callicarpa kwangtungensis, which distributed in Ganzhou and Pingxiang city of Jiangxi province, were studied in order to provide the scientific guidance for good wild provenance selection and utilization. The results showed that the wild and cultivated C. kwangtungensis's seed moisture content, seed rate,1000-grain weight had no significant difference. Wild C. kwangtungensisr's seed moisture content, seed rate, 1000-grain weight were 12.64%, 23.94%, 1.65g, respectively; Cultural C. kwangtungensis's seed moisture content, seed rate, 1000-grain weight were 12.50%, 24.88%, 1.77g, respectively. The germinability of C. kwangtungensis seeds at temperature control was 92.60%. Field planting of wild and cultivated seed germination rates were 2% and 2.18%, respectively. Field planting test reaction of wild and cultural showed that the seed germination rate had no significant difference. Temperature is a key factor of seed germination of C. kwangtungensis.
