摘要
对130 kt/a磷酸装置萃取尾气洗涤系统存在的问题进行了分析,通过采用管道洗涤,增加旋风分离器,提高循环洗涤水量,提高渣坝回水补入与取出量等措施,显著提升尾气洗涤系统洗涤效率。
Extraction problems of tail gas scrubbing system in 130 kt/a phosphoric acid plant were an- alyzed, through the use of piped washing, increasing cyclone, improving circulation washing water, impro- ving slag dam backwater fill in and out amount ect, exhaust washing efficiency of washing system was signifi- candy improved.
