摘要
对《临证指南医案》中使用的下法病案及方药进行分析、归纳,认为叶天士在《临证指南医案》中应用了丰富的下法理论,叶氏学习古方古法,对先世医家下法理论继承和发展,但又不拘泥于古方古法,灵活多变。体现了叶天士在下法应用中"以通为用""、以通为补",根据病位、病性、病情轻重缓急的不同随证立法组方,注意顾护阴液、邪正兼顾等学术思想。
The clinical guidelines for medical use to analyze medical records and prescriptions of the purgation,induction, that ye Tianshi＇s Guide to clinical application in the case of a rich theory of purgation,Yip＇s learn the ancient method,to ancestors for medical purgation theory inherited and developed, but not rigidly adhere to the ancient traditional method and flexibility. Application reflects the ye Tianshi＇s purgation ＂to pass＂, ＂with access to supplement＂ , according to the position,the disease,the severity of prioritization of different permits legislative prescriptions,pay attention to protecting academic thought, such as vaginal fluid,the evil is balanced.
