摘要
本文根据低洼地区防洪排涝特点及该地区小城镇防洪排涝现状 ,指出了低洼地区小城镇规划建设中存在的问题 ,并提出了解决问题的方法 ,以便减少不必要的洪涝损失 。
The paper points out the problems in the planned construction of small cities and towns,low laying areas and puts forward the method for solving the problems so as to reduce the unnecessary losses in flood and waterlogging to the building persons in the small cities and towns,low laying areas for reference.
